Try to avoid them as much as possible dont react in a way that will please them after they tease you. Don't give them the attention that they want,

Try being funny (crack a joke when they tease you). Kids expect to see you get angry and that encourages them to continue, surprise them and use humor.

The following is a strategy I ALWAYS use when people are annoying me, bullying me, etc: Picture them working at a gas station. Yes, it works for me! It's just another technique to ignore people, because when they know that they're not being effective by bothering you, they will stop. As Eleanor Roosevelt said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.”

I would try to avoid them and not to talk with them. If they still bother you ask the bus driver if you can change seats.

Ask them to please stop, or you can ask the bus driver to move your seat so you dont have to sit by then.

I have 2 huge reports due on the same day and also other Homework. How will I complete it all in 3 hours? Ian

Do your best!!!!Maybe ask help from your parents and if you still dont finish ask one of your teachers for more time because it would be better than turning in something that is incomplete.

All that in such little time? Hmm, tough one. Well, i say you shouldn't stress youself over it, but try to do as much as you can without getting worried, and what you do, you do. Then, the next time something like this happens, yoiu'll be ready,a dn already know how to handle it.

three hours to do two reports (and other homework)? It sounds like you've been putting work off until the last minute (or three hours in your case). I'm in eighth grade, and I know for a fact that teachers realize that big reports (and other homework) aren't to be done in three hours. Next time this happens, finish everything in the beginning, so when the due date comes, you could sleep well at night.

i think you should do all your homework. then try to do a litle of each report and if you start getting really bored or nervous take a break

Do one report, first, then do some of your homework, then do your other report. After your finished with that you should finish your homework. It wouldnt be bad to ask for help, from your mom or dad, either.

My science teacher is making us finish a whole packet in one night, and i still have other homework. But im also going to my cousins birthday party. How can I get it all done?
Christie

Well, start with the hardest part, probably the packet. Do as much as you can, then maybe, bring some of your homework and things to your cousin's b-day party, and on the way back home, you can do it in the car. Basically; just try to do as much as you can.

You should do some of the packet then do all your other homework and then go take a break. After your break finish your packet.

On my basketball team there is a kid who never passes me the ball. I am afraid to tell him to pass it to me because then he will get mad at me and be mean to me. What should I do? David

Always try being assertive. Tell people how you feel. Never be afraid to speak your mind.

I agree with justin any time someone does not passs it just hurts the team even more. That is why some teams are the worse and finish in last place
Daniel

What I would do is set up a plan like I will be in front of the net if you see me and I am open pass it
Daniel

Just remember that when he doesn't pass to you he might be making the team worse by not showing that he can work as a team. You could try talking to him before the game and tell him that you will be open and that he should pass the ball to you!:)

you can ask for a plaaydate with the kid. you could ask if he wants to play basketball with you.

I think when your open scream his name to tell him that you are open, and also say "Pass me the ball".

If I were you I'd ask the kid nicely to pass to me more often. I would also tell him in a nice tone of vouice that he needs to pass more. In soccer if there's a kid on my team that dosen't pass to me I ask him to pass more often and it always works.

Someone in my school is annoying me constantly. Today he got me in trouble for something I didn`t do. When the teacher asked him if he really thought I was going to do it he said yes. However he later told me he was lying and didn`t want to get into trouble. What should I do? David

Alert your parent, teacher, principal, guidance counselor, psycologist, etc. (ok, maybe not the psycologist). The more people at school that know about this kid, the better chance his parents will find out, and the sooner will he be reprimanded into putting this foolishness to an end.

This problem I would give him an "I" messege. This messege asks the person nicely to stop gettimg you in trouble. If that doesn't work consult an adult.

If your schedule is so stuffed up where nothing can be completed, the only logical answer is that something has to go. Homework, of course, is not an option. Besides that, you'll need to take a look at what you enjoy and prioritize your activities. Thus, you'll be able to decide what you'll have to drop. Then, when you have a focused activity, discipline yourself to stick to it. Trust me, the results can be amazing!

I have soccer practice 5 days a week. I make a schedule to keep track of all my tests to study for, my projects to do and when they are do, and last my homework. I usually start homework first because it's due the next day, then study for tests because it's the next week, and then do my project over the weekends because I have about a month to finish it. My tip is do your school work and studying and projects before the last minute and whenever you get the chance. I hope this helps!:)

If you really love to swim then you can make time for it and your homework by keeping a schedule each day to make sure you are very organized and not wasting any of your time. Cut out the T.V. and instant messaging and you will probably make things work. Above all, don't leave assignments for the last minute. You will do fine!

My only suggestion is to give up swiming at least one or two days a week. I mean you can give up swimming but not homework.
