The best way to keep one's focus and keep stress at bay is to exercise everyday without fail. This has helped George W. Bush keep from going crazy or getting hypertension during the many problems during his term. He makes it a point to take a break from work and exercise and then go back. At the age of 60 he mountain bikes for two hours.
Many of us make excuses that we don't have time to spend on ourselves to exercise or pursue a hobby. But, it is very important to make the time. In the end we will gain the benefits that exercise has to offer. We will be able to focus more on our tasks and be better able to maintain the stress we might face.We will also be healthier.
It is so important to make sure that our children exercise also everyday to keep fit and keep stress down. There is a growing obesity problem among children and teens in this country and something must be done. Kids are getting serious adult diseases due to their obesity. We as parents, have the power to make sure our children get away from the T.V. or computer and get outside and run or play basketball. In the end , our children will be thanking us for this most needed break.
