| Too many of us, look at our weaknesses and feel bad about ourselves. I feel to gain more self-confidence and happiness we need to emphasize our strengths. Write down all the things you are great at and that you enjoy. Build on these strengths. Take your positive attributes and make them even stronger. If you are an excellent soccer player and want to make a good team practice everyday at it and you will get even better. If your strength is playing an instrument, practice more and join a group where you can play with others. You will increase your friendships and improve your skill.
If you do all of the above you will feel happier and more self-confident. You can also pick one of your weaknesses and try to work on it to improve that skill, too.|
